River Swim Fundraising Prizes

The wonderful sponsors of our River Swims have offered us a huge haul of gifts and prizes to thank you for supporting Level Water, helping us teach more disabled children to swim.

Read on to see what you’ll win by fundraising at the Bantham Swoosh/ Boomerang, Dart10k and the Hurly Burly.

  • Matched donation

    First £15

    Vivobarefoot will match your first £15 to start you off on your fundraising journey. A swimming lesson for a child without access to swimming costs just £15.

  • £125

    You’re halfway to your target! Horray! We’re going to send you a swim hat, a postcard and a cool sticker to say thank you. Look out for a QR code with a special message from someone at Level Water.

  • £250 - Prize Draw

    You’ve been entered into the prize draw to win a SwimTrek holiday worth £3,000! This draw will take place this Autumn after all our river swims have taken place. All swimmers who reach their target will be given a code for £100 off their next SwimTrek holiday.

  • £400

    Look out for a Level Water beanie and a RED roll-top drybag in the post when you reach £400. What a fantastic fundraising effort. If you’d rather not receive these gifts please do let us know!

  • £1,000

    Wow. We are so grateful for your hard work. Anyone who reaches £1,000 will get a personal handwritten postcard and a golden sticker from Ian, our CEO and Founder.

  • Top Fundraiser

    The top fundraiser overall will win a paddle board donated by RED.

    The top 3 fundraisers from each swim - Boomerang, Swoosh, Dart10k and Hurly Burly - will win a high-performance wetsuit from ZONE3.

    The top Fundraiser from each swim will get a Catch Gold Membership for 12 months for free PLUS a snazzy session slate. Second highest fundraiser will get 6 months Membership free and third highest will get 3 months free.

Accomodation prize draw 

This year we have an early-bird prize draw for the Bantham Swoosh/ Boomerang. Why? Because the sooner you start fundraising, the more children you will support this year. Vivobarefoot would like to say thank you to people like you, who are starting early.

Raise £250 by 7th April and we will enter you into a prize draw to win a chance to join us in the Fundraising VIP village, provided by our headline sponsors, Vivobarefoot.

  • 2 night VIP stay on Bantham Estate. Join us for an exclusive glamping experience on the weekend of the Bantham Swoosh. With access to hot showers, posh loos, (hopefully) a sauna and a large festival tent for evening food, talks and celebrations. *

Prize Draw Key Info

  • We are offering all River swimmers who raise money for Level Water the chance to win some amazing prizes.

    Simply reach your fundraising target of £250 to be entered into the prize draws.

    Early bird draw is on 7th April so your target will need to have been reached by this point to be in the early bird draw.

    We’ll announce the winner of the SwimTrek holiday when we visit SwimTrek HQ in the Autumn, after all swims are complete.

    And all fundraisers who reach their £250 target will qualify for £100 off a SwimTrek holiday.

  • First, create a JustGiving page connected to your event. Then share your page to get those donations coming in.

    This year our headline sponsor, Vivobarefoot will match your first £15.

    When you reach £250 you will be automatically entered into the prize draws.

  • This is for all swimmers registered for our river swim events (Bantham Swoosh, Boomerang, Dart10k & Hurly Burly). All ticket types apply so long as you have a JustGiving page.

    Teams — If you’re raising money on a team page remember these prizes are for individuals. We’ll divide the total raised between the number of members in your team. Even in teams you still each have a £250 target each.

    Swimming more than one event? You will be entered for the draw for your final swim of the year, giving you plenty of time to request those donations.

  • It starts NOW with the Early Bird Accommodation draw happening on 7 April.

    The SwimTrek holiday draw will happen after all the swims have taken place. The winnner will be announced in Autumn of 2026.

  • The draws are done completely at random. Best of luck!

  • Prize Draws & Awards – Key Terms

    Eligibility

    Open to registered participants who have paid their entry fee, set up a Level Water fundraising page, and met any stated fundraising targets.
    Under-18s can win but a parent/guardian must claim.
    Level Water staff/trustees cannot enter draws.

    Prizes

    Prizes may be awarded by:

    • Random prize draws

    • Top fundraiser awards

    Criteria & Deadlines

    Minimum fundraising amounts and deadlines will be stated on event pages.
    Only cleared funds received by the deadline count.

    Winners

    Winners are selected within 30 days and notified by email.
    Prizes must be claimed within 28 days.
    Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated.

    Prizes & Fulfilment

    Prizes are non-transferable and may have additional terms (e.g., holidays).
    Level Water is not responsible for extra costs associated with using a prize.

    Publicity

    Level Water may publish winners’ first name, surname initial and county.
    You can opt out within 7 days.
    Photos/testimonials used only with permission.

    General

    Level Water may verify eligibility, disqualify entries, and substitute prizes if needed.
    Decisions are final.
    UK law applies.

    Personal data is used only for prize administration and handled under Level Water’s Privacy Policy.
