Slots & Timings
There are five 2-hour swim sessions on the day. Each slot has a maximum of 60 swimmers across 6 lanes.
Sunrise: 6:00 – 8:00
Morning: 8:00 –10:00
Lunchtime: 12:00 – 14:00
Evening (early): 18:00 – 20:00
Sunset (late): 20:00 – 22:00
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your slot to register and get settled.

After Your Swim
The hard part's done. Now enjoy it.
Saunas are available post-swim, food and drink are included in your ticket, and there'll be DJs and music throughout. This is a celebration, we’d love you to stick around and soak it in.
Dry-robes and blankets are available to borrow if you need them.

What to Bring
Swimwear: The water temperature will be fresh (no more than 19 degrees) so we recommend a wetsuit for swimming, although skins swimming is welcome.
Goggles
Towel
Flip flops / poolside footwear
Any personal medication (inhalers, epipens etc.)
We'll provide your swim hat on the day.

Sea Lanes will have lifeguards on deck throughout every session.
If at any point you feel unwell, cold, or need assistance, please alert a member of the team immediately.

Please do not attend if you've had diarrhoea or vomiting in the 48 hours before the event.
If you've been diagnosed with a heart condition since registering, please contact us before swimming.
Bring any personal medication you might need.
Eden Dock is independent from the River Thames. The water quality in the dock is rated “Excellent” by EU Bathing Standards.

By Tube or Rail
The nearest station is Canary Wharf, served by the Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and DLR. Exit towards Cabot Square and follow Mackenzie Walk east. When the path bends sharply right, continue straight ahead across the footbridge — the entrance will be on your right. Around 8–10 minutes on foot.Heron Quays DLR and South Quay DLR are also within easy walking distance.
By Bus
Routes D3, D7, D8, 135 and 277 all serve the Canary Wharf estate.By River
Thames Clippers run regular services to Canary Wharf Pier, approximately 8 minutes' walk from Eden Dock.By Bike

We encourage everyone to travel by public transport. If you do drive, parking is available at Canada Place, Cabot Square and Jubilee Place, with accessible bays at each. More info here. -
